When adding child records, clicking "Save and Add Another" will not add another record to the same parent #283

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a survey such that you can enter parent and child records.
2. Create a parent record and one child record (don't save yet)
3. Instead of saving the child record with the "Save" button, click on "Save 
and Add Another"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect both child records to be attached to the same parent record. Instead 
the first child record is attached to the parent but the second "child" record 
has no parent record.
