Records created with bulk uploader always contain a species (possibly due to a cacheing problem) #284

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using the survey (attached),
2. Upload the bulk data spreadsheet (attached)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The survey and spreadsheet depicts a point intersect survey where each point on 
the transect may not always have a species. 

Export the survey from the BDRS (after uploading data) and notice that all 
records contain a species. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
