My sightings record info dialog has data formatting problems. #285

The my sightings record info dialog has a few problems.

1. Survey attributes are not printed in order.
2. Number is not displayed.
3. Species attributes are not correctly italicised for scientific names. 
4. Scientific name / common name preference is not honoured.

Fixed the 4 problems here but note that taxon group attributes (and probably 
census method attributes as well), may not come out ordered correctly as the 
weights for each set of attributes will start from 0.
