Stop the 'Field Names' taxon group from showing up in the field guide #363

Change the base DAO methods to exclude the Field Names taxon group. From now on 
this taxon group will only be accessible via the TaxaService interface.

^ or by retreiving the taxon group specifically by name from the existing DAO. 
The 'get list' methods will not return the Field names taxon group.

The 'Field Species' IndicatorSpecies will still appear in the species select 
input when creating records.

The 'Field Species' IndicatorSpecies will NOT appear when selecting an 
IndicatorSpecies to edit in the manage taxonomy section of the site.

The 'Field Species' IndicatorSpecies and 'Field Names' TaxonGroup will NOT 
appear in the field guide.
