If a python report doesn't have valid html, the jsp rendering page blocks the
rendering and nothing shows in the content area.
We believe that there should be no html validation. In my case the html was
valid but the validator didn't support html tags inside a script of type
type=text/html. There may be other cases where the validator is too aggressive.
We will remove the validator. The responsibility is on the report writer to
produce valid html.
