WMS Post does not work for mapserver v 6.2.0 #392

For GeoMapLayers, a WMS post request is used to retrieve mapserver tiles. 
However the map server spec asks for a specifically formatted XML document 
which the BDRS currently does not provide and so, map server returns with error.

Interestingly the layers work on mapserver v 6.0
