The docs are now much more structured thanks to Documenter version 1.0 being released. The changes include
Conley index and Morse graph docs pages
extensions are now loaded into the docs, meaning docstrings for SIMD/CUDA functions can be loaded
citations are now handled by DocumenterCitations. No more manual citing in the future, just add to the .bib file the same way one would for a LaTeX project
an interactive plot is shown in the plotting section. This is not done everywhere as it requires loading tons of raw html
long animations are now precomputed. We don't need to compute 240 frames of a gif every time we make a commit
all docs pages should use @docs; canonical=false except for the final library reference page. This ensures that the library reference really is a FULL reference, and ensures that Documenter doesn't complain about duplicate docs
