Education about SAE level? #16

Should it be a manufacturer burden? Should it relate to liability? Where should it be included?

For single-user (non-fleet model): Require a State-issued notice to buyer upon registration after purchasing an autonomous vehicle. Lets them know what level their car is, the primary ways their liability differs from a level 1-2 car, and where they can find more information on the levels.

I think that's a fantastic idea. I think that burden should be low enough, but maybe doesn't solve the problem of vehicles registered in other states.
