• Require additional training and education for law enforcement re: interacting with AV, both in testing and deployment.
• Responders to crashes need training b/c of potential additional hazards: silent operation, self-initiated or remote ignition, high voltage, and unexpected movement.

Good points. Should we include something in the text of the bill or just coordinate with relevant agencies to ensure they're aware? Maybe something we could add to the CYBERCats mission?

I agree with adding this to part of cybercats. I think that will make another solid, concrete objective for the agency.
