feat: macOS 11.1 support #49

  1. macOS Big Sur 11.1.0 support added.
  2. OpenCore version updated to 0.6.5.
  3. Added AppleBacklightSmoother Please see https://github.com/hieplpvip/AppleBacklightSmoother
  4. Fixed HDMI port not working. Thanks to user someshsrichandan for reporting issue #39.
  5. Kexts updated.
