Update section links in README to work in both GitHub and npm #178

Previous links to sections of the document only works on GitHub, but not npm, this patch aims to fix the issue.

Thanks for contributing. This Markdown is generated from .README folder by running generate-readme command. Can you help to fix from that?

Yeah, I'm more than happy to help with that. (I just came across this library and spotted to the problem) I've checked gitdown but, unfortunately, it seems like there aren't any options to modify how "detailed" the links are. I'm closing this PR for now.
