Ensure all files in docs are part of the sdist. #131

With the current MANIFEST.in the scripts for generating examples and documentation are not actually included in the sdist. This ensures the documentation and example sources are included.

Coverage remained the same when pulling f437d43bbb30c4c0581d52221772b513db5fa714 on alunduil:add-docs-to-sdist into 89e9689739d661654d170af5e3e49fab2afc3164 on gak:develop.
