Issue : when I deleted images in documents it was giving an error when I see label in documents it was showing label step is complete and the deleted image is still visible in documents Expected result :-The step is should not be selected as completed in completed when user is deletes image in documents
Actual Result :- I deleted the documents and when I get back to documents step it was showing the document step as green and the image deleted were still visible in documents
