In Documents form, after an option is selected from Personal Certificates or Trade Certificates, it's still showing up in the drop down menu. The selected/used option should be removed from the drop down to avoid any confusion.
The problem is if the user selects Aadhar (Front) and uploads a image and again mistakenly selects Aadhar (Front) instead of Aadhar (Back), the uploaded document is being replaced. This will create a lot of problems.
