Action : There is a issue on Pan card and Date of Birth Actual Output :- when i tried pan card number there accpeting special characters and also DOB is accpecting more than 4 numbers in a year without giving any warning message Expected Output :-The pancard number should not accept the special characters and DOB aslo not accpect year morethan 4 number
