Test Case Description: No error message is being shown when clicked on "Proceed" button when there is not data entered in the form

Expected Output: The message "Please enter Details" should be visible when the user clicks on "Proceed" when the form is empty

Actual Output: No Error message is shown when clicked on "Proceed" when the form is empty.

Issue is not resolved. Same problem persists.
