2.when applying job, we are showing resumes, resume title and cover letter, it would be good, if we add "follow the job posted company" with default check-in ( for example : eray here) , so we can engage them by default and increase follower count to company
3.if a spammer posted a job , job seekers felt that particular job is scam or spam, individual job seeker report that job post..... as admin page we have access to enable disable the job post, until someone do multiple reports on that job , a mail trigger to official mail id of dearjob, as soon a job is reported as spam
4.user when clicked on jobs without login, it would be better if we open job post with two buttons register to apply, login to apply
5.every posted job should have "send me job like this" , so clicking that an auto alert should be created in manage alerts page.
