[Web][Admin] Unable to create Promo code

1. Login as Admin
2. Go to Masters->Promo codes
3. Click on [Add Promo Code] and enter all positive values and click Save.
4. Toast message show Promo code created successfully
5. Refresh page

Expected: Promo code shall show Actual: There is no promo code created.

Many issues found while creating promo code:

Issue 1) When clicked on [Add Promo code], previously created promo code details are showing (like clicked on edit). New promo code popup shall be blank.

Issue 2) After inputting Promo title, Promo code and selected Type: previously entered Promo title and promo code values changes to 0.

Issue 3) Under Type, select any one value (ex: Jobseeker), when selected "validity", automatically all 3 types are getting selected.

Issue 4) After clicking [Submit] pop up is not closed and page is refreshed to show newly added promo code.

Issue 5) In promo code table, amount showing as INR, not $.

Issue 6) In promo code table, from Validity date is not showing.

Issue 7) Types are not showing in promo table.

Issue 8) Edit option is not available in promo table

Pending issues: 1, 3, 4, 5

New issues: Issue 9) All the fields should be mandatory. Promo code should not save without entering details. Currently promo code is saved without entering "Multi Time" count.

Issue 10) When all types are selected and submitted. Only JS, EMP are showing in table. SC is not showing in table.
