[Web][Jobseeker] "Payment Type" in Refine by has duplicate filters #172

1) Hourly, Per Hour ->Both are same. Keep only "Hourly" 2) Yearly, Per Year, Annual -> all 3 are same. Keep only "Annual"

Payment type: Hourly Weekly Monthly Yearly Without Compensation
