All the information displayed is about either posted jobs and companies related categorisation
Expected result:
As employers would be more interested about job seekers rather than job openings, Categorising jobseekers based on skillset, location or experience or work authorisation would make more sense.
(Staffing consultancies may have access to both jobs & job seekers)
