[Web][Staffing Consultancy]'Java developer' Skill Set is mentioned twice in the dropdown-Content error #428

Steps:

  1. Open the Website https://dearjob.org
  2. Click on 'register'
  3. Click on 'Staffing Consultancy'.
  4. After registration, enter the fields in the 'Market Job'.
  5. Click on dropdown of 'Skill Set'.

Actual Result: In the Skill Set, 'Java Developer' is appearing twice.

Enhancement: Every Skill Set should appear only once.

If the skillset is already existing in master database, do not add it again.
