[Android 1.9][Employer, Staffing Consultancy-Subscriptions] Pay button is not functioning in 'Pay Per Day' subscription

Steps:

1. Open the DearJob application of version 1.9 in android
2. Login as 'Employer/Staffing consultancy'
3. Tap on 'Subscrptions'.
4. Scroll down and tap on Pay button of 'Pay Per Day' subscription

Actual Result: Pay button is not functioning in 'Pay Per Day' subscription

Expected Result: Pay button should work as per functionality, and should enroute to payment page.
