[Admin] All banners should display at subscription pages of Job Seeker, Employer and Staffing Consultancy. #576

Steps:

  1. Login as Admin
  2. Go to Masters->Banner
  3. Click [Add Banner]
  4. Verify "Display At" pages

Actual Result: Banners are being visible at the respective pages where they are mentioned where to display

Enhancement: Please add extra 3 pages in "Display At" page in addition to current pages. Total 5 pages.

  1. Saved Jobs
  2. Jobs in Demand
  3. Jobseeker subscription
  4. Employer Subscription
  5. Staffing Consultancy Subscription

Remove banner URL as mandatory. When we are posting a promocode picture, it won't be having any URL to redirect. But if we mention URL, it should redirect. So removing as mandatory field will fix this issue.

Remove default "Promo code" banner. It is not available in Admin->Banner list
