Steps:

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
  2. On the website's homepage, locate and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
  3. Enter the job seeker's registered Email ID and Password and click on the login button or press Enter on the keyboard.
  4. After successful login, click "job seeker" in the menu tab and select edit profile.
  5. Click on the "Employment" section and click on "Add Employment" to enter the details.

Actual Result: In the "Employment" section, when indicating that it's not the current company ("Is this your current company?" is selected as "No"), it allows entering future dates for the end date of previous employment.

Expected Result: The system should prevent users from entering future dates for the end date when indicating that it's not the current company. The end date should be restricted to today's date or any date before the present day, representing a date when the employment ended in the past.
