[WEB] [Employer-UsersList] Notification for Maximum User Limit Reached with "Platinum" Subscription

Steps:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the website: "https://dearjob.org".
2. On the website's homepage, locate and click on the "LOGIN" link in the menu tab.
3. Enter the registered Employer email ID and password, then click on the login button.
4. After successful login, ensure that the user has an active "Platinum" subscription.
5. Click on "Employer" in the menu tab and select "Users List".

Actual Result:

• With an active "Platinum" subscription, attempt to add another user after reaching the maximum limit of 30 users by clicking the "Add User" button.

Expected Result:

• Upon reaching the user limit (30 users) with an active "Platinum" subscription, clicking the "Add User" button should display a notification or message informing the user that they have reached the maximum limit for user creation. The message should clearly state, "Maximum user limit reached. You cannot create additional users beyond the maximum limit."
