[Android] [Any Where in the App] links start with www are broken

In the mobile app, A Jobseeker or employer or staff may have social links

• if they uploaded there links, it would most likely to be start with www
• in our app , if the link start with www they will be broken because they are looking like www.dearjob.org/
• we need to add https:// to link if they haven't give it
• links are only working if they have https:// in front of them.
