width 100% on outer table wrapper #7

right now, i'm sending emails where that out wrapper seems to wrap the content tightly, leaving my templates left-aligned, rather than centered, on wider screens.

having played around with gmail and chrome dev tools, it appears that setting width="100%" should allow it to fill the space its given, but this is probably more your area of expertise

I'd ask over at foundation-emails first. All the HTML/CSS for this project is taken straight from there.

If this project isn't duplicating the requirements of Foundation for Emails exactly, then we can fix that.
