Use without compass #3

Is it possible to use responsive-modular-scale without compass?

Not at the moment. When I developed this library Libsass hadn't yet caught up with Ruby Sass. Now, though, with some modifications, I could ship this on Bower and npm pretty easily.

I'll see if I can get to it this weekend!
