A user Rity Upadhyay signed up a few days ago. The picture is not a face. So during the demo, people tend to ignore her list. PHOTOS ARE CRUCIAL. In fact SMILING PHOTOS trigger a positive emotion. So, we should add the ability to ask users to add a SMILING photo of theirs.

Option 1 - When user hovers on her face icon. Example below

We have few users and if they don't have their face, the experience for the new users gets killed. How much time effort is this feature?
