Construct catalog of IGM absorbers and a figure demonstrating them.

Preliminary plot of ~2.5k spectra/recon ordered by absorber redshift: The MgII absorption is not very clear, but the CIV is very clearly displayed. There seems to be other lines that are faintly visible as well.
