[i18n-cn] "Tokenomics" has added a supply vestings map. #159

This upload involves the following changes:

  1. "Tokenomics" has added a supply vestings map.
  2. Added the translator’s Telegram account at the end of the article to facilitate the contact of the error finder.

@PDMCnode can you please remove all refs to Telegram?

We cannot have official documentation pointing to the socials of individuals - you can refer them to the official groups instead
