Added settings GraphQL fragment
Refactored queries+mutations naming
Added Divider component + story
Added PageTitle story
Joined all notification settings into 1 screen
Reworked ShortOnboarding to reflect the new NotificationSettings
Yarn bump 0.7.0 -> 0.8.0
