When running hunt20, I noticed that the SVG charts generated in /team/X and /finishers didn't scale with the total number of puzzles.

Hi Ethan, what a coincidence! This issue is also fixed in much the same way in the GPH2020 codebase, which I've just imported into this repo. Thanks for noticing and sending in a patch!
