Refactor the `starFormationHistoryInSitu` class #648

This now works by wrapping another starFormationHistory object, making a duplicate copy of its star formation history, and zeroing out any entries in that duplicate in merging galaxies. This allows the duplicate copy to track in-situ star formation, using whatever binning the wrapped object does. Includes a new test case.
