Mushaf slash default verse_num = 1, add random Arabic Hadith #44

So when doing /mushaf surah_num is required, but when leaving out verse_num it takes the user to the first verse of the surah allowing for simple use like /mushaf 3 when simply wanting the first page of the surah

Random Arabic Hadith command requested by a user in the support server - more of a why not command given that the English one exists

JZK. Would you be able to add rahadith to the help command?

Oh oops sorry, will do when my laptop is back working, which will probably be next week.
