Handle surah names entered in Arabic #73

Example command: /aquran surah: المؤمنون start_verse: 1

Detail: For Surah Sad and Surah Qaf, entering سورة ق or سورة ص give a different Surah, but entering just ص or ق works.

This is so gooood. Didn't even think matching Arabic would work but masha Allah you did it.
