No Scoreboard #60

I am not getting the scoreboard at all. Also never counts down.

What version of Spigot/Craftbukkit do you use? -Using Craftbukkit "craftbukkit-1.10.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT-latest" and "craftbukkit-1.9-R0.1-SNAPSHOT-latest"

And what version of SuperBuildBattle? version 11

Fixed by building latest spigot from source
