In EN language is 40 row but in CZ is 38 row.

Fix compatibility with ScoreBoard PLEASE ! We use on server PerWorldPlugins but when we disable in world ScoreBoard, ScoreBoard is off but SuperBuildBattle don´t load his scoreboard. Thx -WayCZ from the Czech Republic.
