[REQUEST] Community discovery & Hashtag trendings #1

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. ATM Galaxiat allow users to create content, what if a community discovery feature (by topics) was here to find communities by topic.

Describe the solution you'd like On the left, the trending hashtags. On the right, the best community about the hashtag.

maybe a way to see more communities about topic.

Hello @whitebloc we have added trending hashtag => We are working on community implementation now ^^
