Finally, with this patch we should have working tripal admin tools This will work only when https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/4953 is merged
I also removed the https://github.com/galaxy-genome-annotation/galaxy-apollo git clone as it's in https://github.com/galaxy-genome-annotation/galaxy-tools now if I understood well
