fixes #48

this should be working now: image

The bottom annotation is created from the de novo annotation. The top one is from the loader. Not sure why the CDS is calculated the way it is.

Looks like everything is ready. Let me know if this works.

I don't have Anthony C's github (or I can't remember it), but add him as well.
