Updating tools/mdanalysis tool version(s) #111

Hello! This is an automated update of the following tool: tools/mdanalysis. I created this PR because I think the tool's main dependency is out of date, i.e. there is a newer version available through conda.

@simonbray what happens when such a PR stays open and another update is coming is the same PR updated? I would assume so as the branch-name stays the same?

Yes, it checks each time if a branch exists with an open PR and if so pushes to it, hopefully you'll see in a second.

If the branch exists but the PR is closed it deletes and recreates the branch.
