Readd XVG collection as output to gmx_sim tool #123

Reverting https://github.com/galaxycomputationalchemistry/galaxy-tools-compchem/pull/53, which was a workaround to avoid a pulsar bug (https://github.com/galaxyproject/pulsar/issues/212) which is apparently now fixed: https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/pull/12260.

Let's leave this open for now. Afaik is not deployed yet I think.

Can I open a PR to get the fix onto EU?

I'm not sure, I assume we also need to update the pulsar endpoints? We need to wait for Gianmauro I think.
