Downtime & Migration of VM's to another OpenStack #10

Downtime on Tuesday 23.05.2021

All the Galaxy VM's be migrated to a new OpenStack instance on Tuesday 23.05.2021. Please make sure you have saved and exported relevant data in case anything should go wrong. There is a Galaxy database backup in place. However, files on the CEPHFs (i.e. all research data and tools) are not backed up by this project or the ilifu team.

Further updates will be posted in this issue.

VM transfer to the new OpenStack started on 23.05 and is still in progress (ilifu team is assisting with transfers).
