Jobs in grey state and not running

access to slurm cluster from galaxy not working. Removed known_hosts on galaxy and recreated.

Carried on job resubmissions to look for errors occuring live in the stderr file sudo supervisorctl tail -f galaxy stderr Received : SSHException: not a valid OPENSSH private key file Repeated the same fix again.

Someone is running a mv job on the slurm login node and maybe this is causing timeouts that are also not helping this experience.

Seems to be working now . Jobs are running.
