Upgrade to 20.05 #8

Galaxy version is currently behind by one major release.

Up until now, that has been fine, but a few tools do not work correctly, for example, #7

Currently, the planned upgrade date is 30 July 2020.

Upgrade is delayed and there is a good reason for this. After the excellent BCC2020 conference, the plan is to use CloudLaunch to run this server (https://launch.usegalaxy.org/) Initial testing has been done and there are still some challenges to overcome (see https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy-helm/pull/153). Thank you to the GVL team for their support so far.
