Define personas for Galaxy #5

What’s this for? The purpose of this User Persona template is to give you a tool to create distinct user groups for your product. This is a space for you to get to know the humans that you are creating something for. By understanding their wants, needs, and desires at a deeper level you can refine what you build and how you position it in the world.

User personas are meant to create a reliable and realistic representations of key audience segments for reference. Personas help to understand our users’ needs, experiences, behaviours and goals

Who is this for? They should be created by (and for) product teams, marketing, customer success, etc. The more that these documents are shaped by cross functional teams the more impact they will have.
