Strategy and execution for galaxy curriculum to other universities

A large portion of Galaxy's efforts are geared toward providing blockchain education to individuals of all ages. One great place to start is with the top universities of the world as they are highly interested in providing education to their computer science departments. Also, we have deep connections and ties to quite a few.

The following is our strategy to supply Galaxy nodes and the Galaxy curriculum to top universities.

@clintnelsen @lukasetter @aseoconnor @faddat, let's collaborate our efforts here to go after other universities and have them utilize Galaxy nodes for their blockchain educational courses.

This is the data science/machine learning center of ETH and EPFL https://datascience.ch/ they now also offer a full graduate degree in the field and are a team of ca. 25 from they very top notch Data scientists/ML specialists. This might be interesting for us both from an education perspective as well as an edge computing perspective. They even have grants of 300-600k - unfortunately we missed the deadline for this year as it was June 1st - however maybe next year could make sense for the edge/ai angle for us to submit a proposal https://datascience.ch/call-for-proposals/

Just added University of Connecticut.. David Noble is interested in meeting up in the coming weeks about a FinTech Curriculum for their students.

Fordham has a strong fintech program, I could probably facilitate this there too =)
