Changes in Rmpi installation connecting to openMPI #12

@afgane I think this version of the Rmpi and MPI installation works on the ubuntu AMI. I've made changes but for the time being, lets consider this a WIP.

No more a WIP. AMI is tested, and all parallel packages work as expected. Added configuration scripts for SLURM. Will add README soon.
