Need ability to set the client cache location #24

In client install the default location for the cvmfs cache is set to be in CVMFS_CACHE_BASE=/var/lib/cvmfs and this is not ideal in some situations or in cases where the disk that /var is on is not big enough for the desired cache size.

Could this be parameterized in the role with a default set to the above?

For example on all of Galaxy Australia's workers, the cache has been relocated to /mnt/cvmfs_cache/shared.
